The symbol is "Chikara" ... and it stands for strength or power. I have a post on it here.

And, although it is a photo from ealier this year, it shows about the same length my hair is now... LOL! New photos with the broken camera coming soon! *-)

yes it stands for "power" ! but if the top of the character doesn't stick out but flat, it stands for "knife". hehe ! I know my chinese ! :p
